The agencies of Grupo Mamery, Arroba and Spot On Hold, required an upgrade to their Customer Management Database, which originally ran as a Microsoft Access application. The upgraded system would need to be web-based, so that it could be accessed from anywhere, without the need for a local file or software. It would also need to integrate all the company divisions, with their different types of businesses, but allowing for the division of work to flow between departments.
The system can create tickets for handling tasks between departments. It allow the companies to manage clients and the services and contracts for each one. It also provides reports and file storage for client-related documents. It is a complete solution for managing the clients of all the business divisions of the company.
